MAINTENANCE

A unique feature of the Power Post Driver is its revolutionary Maintenance-Free design.

ZERO Maintenance

Because there are NO seals, o-rings or gaskets inside the Power Post Driver, there is virtually ZERO maintenance. Simply use WD-40 to displace any compressed air every 2-3 hours and that’s it!

No Oily Mess

Competing post drivers often leave an oily mess after use. Why? There is no friction inside the Power Post Driver cylinder. This is where the air from the compressor travels to an oiler, mixes with oil (to lubricate all of the internal parts of the driver) and then flows to the driver. The driver uses this oily air mixture to keep things lubricated and then exhausts this messy mixture. As you can imagine, this causes an oily mist spraying from the exhaust port of the driver.

Minimal Air Requirements

The minimal air requirements for the Power Post Driver are amazing! Even though this Power Post Driver is 3X more powerful than its competition, it only needs an air compressor producing anywhere from 90-150 psi and 15 CFM minimum. The setup we use, and offer, is a Puma Air compressor with a 13hp Honda engine producing 38 CFM. This is an ideal combination!

We often mention “the competition” when actually, there is no competition!
